The plan was for us to meet up at the boat’s Marina and sail trough the day till we reached the Hotel. I must confess, I was terrified! First I wasn’t very fond of boats plus this was our first weekend together! But he just made it the most amazing day of my life! The boat was love at first sight, this perfect, classic wooden boat! I felt like I was in a J. Bond movie… The ride was breathtaking, a journey of freedom, loving every bit of Douro’s landscape.
